Lionsgate's Motion Poster for 'Dredd' Teasing a Comic-Con Screening

Everyone is getting ready for next weeks Comic-Con panels and looks like Lionsgate is going to get your attention with this poster.

I recently had a conversation with Director Sage Hall about Motion Graphic Posters.

A few years ago they released one for Terminator Salvation and A Haunting in Connecticut but I don't think they were a hit.

Technology being what it is now, I'm positive we will be seeing many more of these in the future.  Since Magazines and News Papers will be a thing of the past in 5-10 years. Digital Advertising will have to step up and be more creative and entertaining.

Take a look at the new DREDD 3D motion graphics poster art.

Dredd 3D opens in theaters on September 21.  Check out JudgementIsComing.com where you can register and learn more about the screening at Comic-Con.

3D Movie Porn, get ready for it!

Tinto Brass wants to get in your face
Source: The Hollywood Reporter

Tinto Brass, the man who made, and then loathed, 1979's Caligula (the hardcore sex scenes were edited in against his will), is planning what he's describing as the world's first-ever 3D pornographic production.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Brass announced in Rome that he thinks the time is right, in this post-Avatar world, to make an erotic film that fully utilizes the 3D format.

And his idea? "To revisit an abandoned project about a Roman emperor that was ruined by Americans, and go from there." Looks like he wants to create a more definitive Caligula, and this time we'll all experience it in our laps.

He's kicking off work on the script right now with the aim to shoot in May or June.

And in related news, Hollywood Wiretap relates that boundary-pushing maverick director Gaspar Noe may also be plotting to shoot his next film - talked up at Cannes as "a joyful movie with explicit sex" - in 3D. That one, however, is more of a rumour for now.

Dear Italy: welcome to the cinematic technological revolution, but did the leading light really have to be Tinto Brass?
