Penelope Cruz's Directorial Debut!

Penelope Cruz made her directorial debut with this 5-minute short film for Agent Provocateur. The commercial is promoting L’Agent, the lingerie line she designed with her sister Monica Cruz.



It's your usual Agent Provocateur advertisement.  Beautiful woman, scantily clad.  There just seems to be a lot more Ass in this video then normal.  Granted, this is promoting the new line she has, so I guess that means there is a lot more Ass featured items in the collection.  Good for her and her sister.

The video is cool.  But then there is that messed up point where a Homeless looking Javier Bardem shows up and ruins everything.  Way to cockblock, bro.  :/

Overall it's a good piece.  Interested in seeing what else she chooses to do in the future.

The Weinstein Company has released a montage of so-called rehearsal footage from the upcoming musical "Nine." Billing aside, the dancing from the film's female-centric cast seems pretty polished. There are no shots of stars Kate Hudson, Penelope Cruz, Sophia Loren, Nicole Kidman, or Marion Cotillard making so much as one wrong step. Perhaps the studio is just saving that for the outtakes section of the DVD.
